Fanabe is a quiet resort with a long white sandy beach in the Playa de Las Americas region of Tenerife. It is fast emerging as one of the top, up and coming areas on the island and gaining a reputation for quality hospitality. It’s a wonderful place to spend quality time with friends, or just relax in the sun and soak up the atmosphere. There are a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants which are in the main of a more exclusive nature.
 

The lounge and dining area are spacious and furnished to a very high standard with TV, DVD and VCR and have patio doors opening out to the pool area. There is a fully fitted large kitchen with a fridge / freezer, cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle etc. Just off from the kitchen there is a utility room which houses the washing machine.

The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, has plenty of hanging space, a safe and an en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are again both furnished with double beds and have ample wardrobe space. The fourth bedroom is furnished with twin beds and fitted wardrobes and they all share a family bathroom.

Outside you will find the private covered heated pool (9 metres x 4.5 metres) has roman steps and jacuzzi jets and there is a BBQ area with a terrace complete with sunloungers, table and chairs.

We can also provide guests with a welcome pack, this will be placed into the property on your arrival day. When booking please specify which pack you require. Pack A is 25 GBP and consists of water, milk, bread, butter, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, orange juice, white wine, red wine, beers, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets (for properties with a dishwasher), hand soap and toilet rolls. Pack B as 15 GBP and consists of water, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, washing up liquid, hand soap and toilet rolls.

A private airport transfer service is also available if required at a cost of 15 GBP per head. Please mention when booking if this is required. A member of the team will meet you at the airport and transport you and your party to your accommodation, then on your departure day, you will be collected from your accommodation and transported back to the airport.

As all clients are greeted personally at the property, arrivals out of hours may be subject to a slight surcharge.

A refundable security bond of 300 GBP is required and will be requested together with final payment.
