On approaching this lovely detached villa, you will enter through the gated driveway to your private off road parking. To the right of the driveway you will enter through an archway to find the private pool area, which is nicely secluded for that all over tan. The pool (9 x 5 metres) is heated during the winter months (October - April) to a comfortable 26 degrees. There is a gas fuelled BBQ, eight sunloungers, table and chairs, an outside bar, surround sound stereo system and two poolside televisions.

Once inside the property you will find a spacious lounge with seating for up to eight people, air conditioning, drinks bar, TV which includes BBC1, BBC2, ITV1 and Channel 4, DVD player, video recorder and CD stereo system. An archway leads you to the dining area which has a large dining table and seating for up to eight people. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and a further television. There is also a separate breakfast room just off the kitchen and a utility room which houses a washing machine.

There are four bedrooms in total that will comfortably sleep up to eight people This includes the very nicely furnished master bedroom which is furnished with a double bed, wardrobes, vanity unit etc and has a large en-suite bathroom with steps upto a sunken bath, separate shower, bidet, WC and twin washhand basins. The second bedroom is also furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom which mirrors the first. The two additional bedrooms are both furnished with twin beds and are again very nicely furnished. All rooms have air conditioning. There is a third family sized bathroom which services the two twin bedrooms.

Back outside the property you can enjoy the beautifully landscaped gardens with grassed area and mature trees, including lemon trees and palms. The villa is secluded and private, very well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing home from home holiday. A fabulous retreat for the discerning holiday maker.

We can also provide guests with a welcome pack, this will be placed into the property on your arrival day. When booking please specify which pack you require. Pack A is 25 GBP and consists of water, milk, bread, butter, tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, orange juice, white wine, red wine, beers, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets (for properties with a dishwasher), hand soap and toilet rolls. Pack B as 15 GBP and consists of water, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, washing up liquid, hand soap and toilet rolls.

A private airport transfer service is also available if required at a cost of 15 GBP per head. Please mention when booking if this is required. A member of the team will meet you at the airport and transport you and your party to your accommodation, then on your departure day, you will be collected from your accommodation and transported back to the airport.

As all clients are greeted personally at the property, arrivals out of hours may be subject to a slight surcharge.

A refundable security bond of 300 GBP is required and will be requested together with final payment.
