On entering the villa the hallway leads to the lounge with comfy large sofas with coffee table, sideboard with plasma TV-DVD. Satellite TV which receives BBC 1, 2 ITV and Channel 4-5. Dining area with dining table with eight chairs. The separate kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, all crockery and glasses.
Downstairs to large bedroom with en-suite. King sized bed (150 cm) with bedside tables and fitted wardrobes. En-suite walk in shower. A bedsette which will sleep an extra two children is located in here. Door leading to large double garage, room for two vehicles.
Located on the first floor is the master bedroom furnished with king sized bed (150 cm), bedside tables and fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. There are a further two bedrooms, both being twin rooms and both having bedside tables and fitted wardrobes. There is also a bathroom with shower over bath on this floor.
The stairs lead to a reading/relaxing area with chaise-lounge. Patio doors from the living room lead onto the terrace area which has a patio table and seating for eight people.
