On entering the villa you will be welcomed into the hallway which in turn
leads off to a large lounge area furnished with two double sofas and an
armchair, flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player. The fully
fitted kitchen comes comlete with a large american fridge, oven, hob,
microwave, toaster, kettle and all the utensils you would expect to find for a
self-catering holiday home. Underneath the villa you will find a private
garage and a utility room which houses a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Four of the five bedrooms are furnished with double beds and ample wardrobe
space and the fifth is furnished with twin beds. The master has an en-suite
bathroom and there is also a family bathroom upstairs.
Outside there is a large patio and grassed area with private heated swimming
