The Chayofa area has quite a few ammenities and you will find that this includes a Country Club with tennis courts, bar, restaurant with nightly entertainment and a supermarket close by. Within a short taxi ride or a short walk, you will find some very good restaurants including 'La Estancia' which offers a fantastic a la carte menu and 'Clarets' with it's very extensive menu, there are also bars and a mini market located are a short walk away. There is a bus stop located in front of the Country Club, which at just a 15 minute ride away will bring you into Los Cristianos and the beaches. Taxi's are also readily available from the Country Club reception.

On entering the villa, you will walk into a large reception hall and leading off to the left is the well furnished lounge/dining area with two comfortable sofas, coffee table, TV with satillite system receiving BBC channels, in addition to this there is also a sky digibox, DVD, CD and radio player. Next to the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, welsh dresser and stereo radio. Double patio doors lead out onto the sun terrace where there is a built in BBQ. In addition, downstairs there are also two twin bedrooms both with built in wardrobes and dressing tables. One of these bedrooms has direct access to the downstairs bathroom which consists of bath and shower, WC, bidet and double sink.

Upstairs there is a gallery landing which leads to a further three bedrooms, two being twin bedded with built in wardrobes and dressing tables. A seperate family bathroom is located just along the landing, this comprises of bath and shower, WC, bidet and a double sink. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has it's own private balcony overlooking the pool. There is a seperate dressing area with built in mirrored wardrobes and then on to the en-suite bathroom with his and hers sinks, bidet, WC, a large bath with rose shower over and a wall mounted hairdryer.

Outside there is a private heated swimming pool with sunloungers, sauna with shower, utility room with washing machine and dryer and a garage with space for two cars.

A private airport transfer service is available at a cost of 15 GBP/22.50 EUR per head. A member of the dedicated team will meet you at the airport and transport you and your party to your accommodation, they will then show you around the property and help you settle in, on your departure day, you will be collected from your accommodation and transported back to the airport.

The above rate is based on up to ten people sharing the facilities. A refundable security bond of 300 GBP is required and will be requested together with final payment.

Please Note Changeover day for this property is a Friday. However, we are happy to accept arrivals on other days, but we regret that there is a 10% supplement for this.
