The Chayofa area has quite a few ammenities and you will find that this includes a Country Club with tennis courts, bar, restaurant with nightly entertainment and a supermarket close by. Within a short taxi ride or a short walk, you will find some very good restaurants including 'La Estancia' which offers a fantastic a la carte menu and 'Clarets' with it's very extensive menu, there are also bars and a mini market located are a short walk away. There is a bus stop located in front of the Country Club, which at just a 15 minute ride away will bring you into Los Cristianos and the beaches. Taxi's are also readily available from the Country Club reception.

On entering the villa you will enter via a hallway which leads off into the open plan lounge and kitchen area. The lounge comprises of large plasma screen TV which receives BBC channels, playstation, music centre and is fully air conditioned. The american style kitchen boasts all the modern appliances to make your stay as hassle-free as possible with cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and fridge / freezer. Large patio doors open out onto the terrace where you will find the swimming pool, beautifully maintained gardens and a BBQ area. The downstairs also offers two of the five bedrooms, one being a bedroom comprising of modern bunk-beds, the bottom bed being a double and the top a single, the second bedroom is a double with large mirrored wardrobes and T.V. There is a large downstairs shower-room and seperate WC.

Upstairs there is a large landing area leading onto a further 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, TV, DVD and probably the the largest en-suite you have ever seen with round jacuzzi bath, shower, his and her wash basins and WC. The next bedroom, again a double has ample wardrobe space and views to the sea. Finally the fifth bedroom, this is also a double room with an en-suite comprising of a walk in jet spray shower, there are bay windows with spectacular views towards Los Cristianos and the ocean.

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer situated in a seperate area located at the back of the property. Finally, underneath the house, ther is a huge garage with ample parking for three cars, a sauna and a shower room.

A private airport transfer service is available at a cost of 15 GBP/22.50 EUR per head. A member of the dedicated team will meet you at the airport and transport you and your party to your accommodation, they will then show you around the property and help you settle in, on your departure day, you will be collected from your accommodation and transported back to the airport.

The above rate is based on up to ten people sharing the facilities. A refundable security bond of 300 GBP is required and will be requested together with final payment.

Please Note Changeover day for this property is a Friday. However, we are happy to accept arrivals on other days, but we regret that there is a 10% supplement for this.
