include 'Grandee O'Donnell's' Irish bar (which also provides a variety of
nightly entertainment), the 'Lansdown' Restaurant, 'La Cava' Restaurant, the
'Blue Lagoon' Piano Bar, a snooker room (with 2 full size tables) and a
children's games room, plus a small supermarket.

The villa is set on the main poolside with easy access to all the
afore-mentioned amenities mentioned. With it's own fenced patio and garden
area, you can enjoy a meal cooked on the barbecue in your own private grounds
or you can choose to relax on one of the sun loungers around the pool. The
front of the property is approached by a quiet road, which also provides
plenty of parking in front of the villa with easy access for families with
small children or for wheelchair users. The accommodation comprises of three
bedrooms, the master being furnished with a double bed and having fitted
wardrobes, the two further bedrooms are both furnished with twin beds and
again have wardrobe space. The main bathroom is fitted with a shower over the
bath, a vanity unit, a bidet and w/c.
Downstairs the fully fitted kitchen and utility room has a dishwasher, washing
machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge / freezer and an oven. The second
bathroom is fitted with a shower, vanity unit and w/c. The open plan lounge
and dining area is beautifully decorated and provides a comfortable home from
home environment with dining and seating for six people. Facilities include
TV, video player, DVD and music centre. The villa also provides an ideal
environment for small children. There is a travel cot, pushchair, stair gates
and plenty of plastic eating utensils for the use of any little guests if
required.

About Las Adelfas I Villa E
A private airport transfer service is available at a cost of 15 GBP/22.50 EUR
per head. A member of the dedicated team will meet you at the airport and
transport you and your party to your accommodation, they will then show you
around the property and help you settle in, on your departure day, you will be
collected from your accommodation and transported back to the airport.
Please Note the above rate is based on up to four people sharing the
facilities, however, this villa will sleep up to six people. Please add 40
GBP for each additional guest. A refundable security bond of 200
GBP is required and will be requested together with final payment.
