The Green Golf Resort is a good standard complex of apartments and
villas with good facilities and lovely views over the golf course and nearby
beach. It is located between the resorts of Playa de Las Americas and Los
Cristianos and situated on one side of Golf Las Americas and provides a
peaceful setting with views of the golf course, mountains and the ocean. This
resort will appeal especially to golf lovers but also is an ideal spot for
those in search of a great relaxing holiday with a warm and friendly family
atmosphere. The nearest beach is a mile away where you will find a variety of
water sports on offer. This complex is surrounded in lovely tropical gardens
with a good standard of service and a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. There
are two freshwater swimming pools (one heated in winter) and a children's
pool. The resort can offer many fetaures, these include a 24 hr reception,
internet access, safety deposit boxes (in reception), money exchange,
coin-operated laundretter, mini-market, pool table, free underground parking,
daily courtesy bus to the beach / golf club (except Sundays), children's play
area, terrace solarium, complimentary sunbeds and parasols, jacuzzi and a
spacious lounge area. There is a waiter service restaurant (open Oct-April)
and a poolside snack bar.

This lovely three bedroomed private villa with pool is situated on the sixth
fairway at Golf Las Americas with stunning views over the golf course and
mount Teide, this is an ideally located villa. On entering the property, the
fitted kitchen is first on the left with fridge / freezer, oven and a two ring
ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the usual
utensils you would expect to find. There is a breakfast bar which opens out on
to the lounge area.
In the lounge there are 2 three seater sofas, TV and a DVD player. The lounge
incorporates a dining area with seating for up to six people. Patio doors open
onto the outside terrace, where there are sunloungers, a brick built BBQ and
the small but perfectly private pool. For serious swimmers the resort has
fabulous pools on site as well.
There are three bedrooms, two of which are furnished with twin beds and the
master bedroom being furnished with a double bed and having en-suite
facilities and patio doors leading out on to the terrace. The bathroom has
shower, wash hand basin and w/c and is located just outside the twin bedrooms.
This is a well appointed villa which will comfortably sleep up to six people.

About The Green Golf Resort Villa
A private airport transfer service is available at a cost of 15 GBP/22.50 EUR
per head. A member of the dedicated team will meet you at the airport and
transport you and your party to your accommodation, they will then show you
around the property and help you settle in, on your departure day, you will be
collected from your accommodation and transported back to the airport.
Please Note the above rate is based on up to six people sharing the
facilities. A refundable security bond of 100 GBP is required and will
be requested together with final payment. We regret that an additional 10%
applies for non Friday arrivals.
