This beautiful four bedroomed detached villa is just a five minute walk from the town centre which offers restaurants, shops and bars. The villa has it's own private heated pool and sun terrace with portable BBQ.

Once inside the villa you will find a fully fitted kitchen complete with cooker, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. The lounge offers dining facilities, DVD, television, games console, sofas and coffee table. There are three bedrooms accessed from inside the villa, two of them being twin bedded rooms with air conditioning and the third being the master bedroom with en-suite facilities, furnished with a double bed and also enjoying air conditioning.

The fourth bedroom is located in the annexe and is furnished with twin beds and has ensuite facilities - please note that this room can only be accessed externally. There is also a seperate shower room with washbasin and w/c. Outside you will find a utility room with washing machine.
