The master bedroom has a superkingsize bed with en-suite facilities. There are a further two double bedrooms on this level and a bathroom. On the lower level, a separate suite has twin beds with shower and en-suite facilities.

Outside there is sun terracing, a covered dining terrace and a private swimming pool that has solar heating all year round with additional electrical heating in the winter months. There is a gas barbeque, patio furniture and sun loungers. The more lively resort of Las Americas and the superb Adeje Golf course can each be reached within a ten minute drive.
