This beautiful four bedroomed detached villa with heated pool (winter months only) has air-conditioning throughout and there is also a separate studio apartment situated in its own grounds and surrounded by beautifully well kept landscaped gardens.

Once inside the villa you will be welcomed by a beautiful lounge with a large television with DVD player, video recorder, playstation, satellite TV with BBC channels and there is a dining area with table chairs for six people. The patio doors open out onto the terrace and beautiful garden.

The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven & hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. There is also a utility room with washing machine, ironing board and an iron.

The master bedroom has king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe with plenty of drawer space, ensuite bathroom with bath, separate shower, bidet, vanity unit and w/c. There is a large hallway connecting all the rooms which has a sofa bed and a shower room - ideal for an additional little guest! The second bedroom is also a master with king-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and an ensuite shower room, this room also has views to the sea. The third and fourth bedrooms are both twin bedded rooms with wardrobes and chest of drawers. There is a family bathroom with shower over bath, bidet, vanity unit and WC.

In addition to the main villa there is also a separate studio apartment which will comfortably sleep either two adults and two children or three adults. There is a large king-size bed and sofa bed with ensuite shower room. There is a kitchenette with oven, fridge, microwave and kettle, in the living area you will find a television and DVD player, the television however is not connected to the main satellite. Outside is the most beautiful garden with grassed areas, patio, table and chairs for six and a large parasol situated next to the private pool. In addition there is a roof terrace with sea-views. This is a lovely private and tranquil space for a family to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunny days in the south of the island.
