Previously only available through tour operators, Chipeque one bedroomed apartments
are now privately owned. The complex is situated near Paradise Park and
Beverly Hills in the Oasis del Sur area of Los Cristianos and is convenient for all restaurants and shops. The complex is
very friendly and the pool bar staff along with Sally from the mini market
will give you a real welcome. The apartments are all facing the pool except
for one which has views over to the sea and Los Cristianos. All 7 have the
same facilities and have lovely new bedding and towels.
The complex has a lovely pool area with ample sunloungers along with sunpads
and parasols and there is a pool bar serving food and beverages throughout the
day. There are two coin operated washing machines on site should you wish to
launder your clothes.

Each apartment has a separate bedroom with twin beds, bathroom, kitchen area
and living room. All have a balcony/terrace with a patio set.
Each bedroom has
twin beds, bedside table and wall lights, fitted wardrobes, dressing table and
hairdryer. The living room has a sofa and chair, coffee table, sideboard with
TV/DVD. The TV currently receives English channels. The kitchen area has
fridge, kettle, toaster, two ring hob, microwave, crockery, kitchen utensils,
breakfast bar with two chairs. The bathrooms have full bath with overhead
shower, w/h basin, w/c and mirror. Each apartment has its own balcony/terrace
with patio set.
