Originally a small fishing village, Callao Salvaje has undergone a rapid transformation over the past couple of years and has now become a self-contained village in it's own right. You'll find a couple of supermarkets and a pharmacy together with a good selection of bars and restaurants, shops, car hire, bank etc. Down on the seafront you’ll find a rocky cove, ideal for snorkelling, with the fantastic sandy beaches of Playa del Duque and Playa Fanabe being just a few minutes away. The well renowned championship golf courses of Costa Adeje and Las Americas are just a short ride away. Special attractions such as Aqualand (the recently re-named Aquapark) and Parque Las Aguillas are only about 15 minutes from the resort, while the well renowned Sunday market of Los Cristianos is also within easy reach.
