Description
The entrance opens into the hall and the light, large combined lounge and dining area. A modern set of dining tables and chairs blend well with the black leather sofas and decor in the lounge. Both areas have large patio doors that open out to the covered terrace and the pool. The pool is situated on one side of the house and is surrounded by lawns.

Stairs lead up from the ground floor to the spacious master double bedroom with a large en suite shower room. This features marble floors and tiles and stylishly modern fitments. Large patio doors lead out to an uncovered balcony with lovely views of the countryside and the bay of Pollensa beyond.
