The beaches in Albufeira were recently classified as "Accessible Beaches" meaning that beach-goers have easy access to the beach front. Many beaches have bars or restaurants on them ranging from informal open bars to sophisticated air-conditioned top quality restaurants. The apartment itself is well situated, on the 3rd floor with a lift and less than a 2 minute walk to the sea, it has a great balcony with superb sea views.
